2. Scope

This website is a purely informational presence. It has no contact form, no login, no newsletter and no shop, and we create no user profiles. Personal data is processed only to the extent technically necessary to deliver this website to you securely.

When you access this website, our hosting and content delivery provider processes the information your browser transmits: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referrer URL, the HTTP status code, the volume of data transferred, and your browser type, version and operating system.

5. Hosting and Content Delivery

This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Every request is routed through Cloudflare’s global network, where the data described in section 3 is processed. Cloudflare acts as our processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR and is not used for analytics, tracking or advertising.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the fast, reliable and secure delivery of this website.
Transfers to the United States: Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision. Should that certification lapse, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914). 6. No Third-Party Resources or Tracking

All fonts used on this website are stored on our own server and loaded from there. No fonts, scripts, stylesheets, images or other resources are requested from third-party services such as Google Fonts, a public content delivery network or a video platform. This website uses no web analytics software, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks and no social media plug-ins, and we carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making. The links to press articles and to other organisations are plain hyperlinks; they transmit no data until you choose to follow them.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you (Article 15), to have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16), to have your data erased (Article 17), to have processing restricted (Article 18) and to receive your data in a portable format (Article 20).
